I wanna put an rbw 16000 in my chevy 1500 crew wandering what rails

The only RBW hitch that will fit in industry standard rails is the Lil' Rocker. If that is the hitch you have then it will fit. RBW is no longer in business so there are no installation kits for their other hitches.
Another issue is that if your 2013 Chevy 1500 has the 5-1/2 foot bed an ordinary slider hitch will not offer enough travel to make 90 degree turns. What I recommend is the Demco 13K HiJacker # DM8550040 which slides 22-1/2 inches automatically so you can make tight turns.
For an installation kit that will fit your truck I recommend custom kit # RP50064-58. You will not have to drill into the frame to install this kit and it takes less time to install compared to a universal kit.
