What Octane Fuel to Use with Superchips Flashpaq Performance Tuner SU3845
Question:
I just got the 3842 for my 03 Dodge Dakota 4.7 . Ive got cold air, headers and exhaust already. My question is whats the best fuel to run? I just filled my truck with 87 octane.

When using the Superchips Flashpaq Performance Tuner # SU3845 in your 2003 Dodge Dakota with the 4.7L V8, you'll want to use 93-octane fuel when using the tow/performance tune. The unit will actually tell you what fuel to use for the chosen tune option. This will be displayed on the screen when you select your tune, according to my contact at Superchips.
