There is no difference between the two parts you mentioned, # BWGNRK1108 and # BWGNRK1108-5K. We use two different part numbers because we're marketing one as a Turnover Ball gooseneck hitch, and the other as an underbed rail kit for the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch, such as part # BWRVK3400-5W.
