Supplemental Braking for Flat Towing a 1999 Toyota RAV4

Most likely yes, but the Invisibrake was only test back to the year 2000 for the Toyota Rav4 so we don't know for certain if it would fit a 1999 model. Since there was a generation change in 2000 that makes it harder to know as well. I have a solution that I know will work well though.

The easiest system to set up and use is the Blue Ox Patriot II # BRK2016, that applies the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles. This also will install MUCH easier than the Invisibrake.
