The Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches, part # RP30035 will work with your 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 Crewcab 4x4.
However we do offer a custom install kit for your 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 as long as it is not a Mega Cab model. The Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit, part # RP50040-58, is designed for your vehicle. I recommend part # RP50040-58, because it is made specifically for your 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 and will reduce installation time and requires less drilling.
You will need to check your owner manual to see the towing capacity of your vehicle as you do not want to exceed the manufacturer specifications.
