How Many Bolts are Required to Install the Trailair FlexAir Pin Box on a Trailer

Question:

I ordered and received the LC328492 for the Redwood, from your company, which I was told was the correct hitch for the pin box # 1621. I installed the king pin hitch to the trailer and took measurements before mounting , when mounting aliening holes to match units, I noticed the lowest hole on both sides to the front were either not drilled properly or a flaw in workmanship cause they are blocked with the reinforcement plate from the inside of hitch. So, with this issue I can not raise the hitch to meet the height that need to meet the level of unit with my truck,a 2012 Ram 3500,Longhorn when hooked and in transit. Now , I believe I have enough space to raise the hitch one hole, but I would have to illuminate two bolts on each side to do this, which the original roto/flex hitch only had 4 bolts on each side at the time of installation.

When installed the Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC328492 only requires 4 bolts to be ran through the pin box and the trailer frame. I attached a picture that shows this pin box installed on a similar trailer and that it only uses 4 bolts. So if you can secure the pin box at the height you need with 4 bolts you would be just fine.
