Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Cargo Carrier for a 2000 Toyota 4Runner with Factory Crossbars

How many cross bar do i need for 2000 Toyota 4runner? can i used my factory cross bar for that model AT1810 sk35 or do i have to buy the cross bar again

I do have a great solution for you but a Rhino-rack tray isn't going to work. The Rhino-Rack allow trays such as AT1810-SK35 are designed specifically for certain Rhino-Rack roof rack crossbars and not for factory bars such as those on your 2000 Toyota 4Runner. To use this tray you would have to also install Rhino-Rack aero crossbars, and 3 crossbars are required, but Rhino-Rack does not have a fit for your vehicle since it came with a factory roof rack.
But there are many other basket and tray options that could work. Rhino-Rack basket # RMCB02 is an option. You would only need 2 crossbars and it will fit if the factory bars are up to 3-1/2 inches wide by 1-1/4 inches tall. I have linked a video review of this basket for you.
