I have a set-up that may work for you, but unfortunately we do not have exact matches for the parts you are looking for. Since the number of leaves doesn't directly relate to the capacity, the main concern when choosing leaf springs is the length of the spring. The only 26 inch long leaf-spring we have is a 6-leaf spring for 4,500 pound axles, # e27SR.
We do not carry any galvanized axles, and none of the common axles that we carry have an overall length of 54 inches.
The best solution I can provide for you is a Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System. This system uses AEON progressive-rate main springs to absorb road shock and support the trailer's load. An axle-less system helps improve your trailer's ground clearance while maintaining a low deck height.
For example, if your existing axle is a 1,200 pound axle, you can use the Timbren System # ASR1200S02, rated for 1,200 pounds. This system is also available with idler hubs # A12RS440 and with a spindle with brake flange # ASR1200S04.
If you'd like to let me know the capacity you need and if you need brakes for your trailer, I will be happy to recommend a specific Timbren system for you.
