Compatibility of Demco DM6140 Base Rail Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Hitch w/ Husky 5th Wheel Hitch
Question:
Is the DM6140 compatible with a Husky 16K Slider 5th wheel Plate? I an purchasing a 2013 HD 3500 Silverado with a BW Gooseneck setup which I need to convert to fifth wheel using my present fifth wheel plate.

The Demco # DM6140 5th Wheel Base Rail Adapter for B&W Gooseneck Hitches installs into a B&W Turnover Ball Gooseneck Hitch, and would provide industry-standard base rails that would allow you to install Reese, Draw-Tite, Curt, Valley and Husky fifth wheel hitches (among others.)
Your current Husky 16K sliding fifth wheel hitch would work just fine with the Demco # DM6140 adapter.
