Where to Place Fifth Wheel Rails in the Bed of a 1984 GMC K1500

Hi im wondering if you can give rv 5th wheel hitch mounting measurements for a 1984 GMC Sierra 1500

The recommended rail kit for your 1984 GMC Sierra 1500 is the part # RP30035. For your truck it is recommended to have the center of the fifth wheel jaws 3-1/2 inches forward of the rear axle.
To do this you will measure 34-7/8 inches from the rear edge of the truck bed. That is where the rear edge of the rear rail will be. You will use the hitch then to place the front rail.
