Fifth Wheel/Gooseneck 7-Way for a 2016 GMC 3500HD Sierra

Question:

I have a 2016 GMC 3500HD Dually. i want to add the inbed trailer plug for pulling a goose neck trailer. Do i need to purchase the complete wiring harness or just the plug? i have the trailer package on the truck from the factory. Please recommend which plug to purchase. Thanks

If your 2016 GMC Sierra 3500HD has the harness with a round connector already ran to the wheel well area of your truck and all you need is a 7-way socket to attach to it you would only need the # PK11893. This will plug right into the harness and will provide you with the 7-way you need.

If you only had the 7-way at the rear of your truck bumper you would instead need the # 41157 to install a 7-way in the truck bed. This would plug inline with the 7-way at the rear of your truck and would provide you with the 7-way in the bed that you would need.
