Trunk Mount Bike Rack Fit for 2005 Honda Civic Coupe with Spoiler
Question:
Will this bike rack fit my car, Honda Civic coupe 2005 w spoiler? Also, I am a woman and my bike has an angled cross bar. Will I need to get a bar adapter for it?

If you have a factory spoiler on your 2005 Honda Civic, I recommend the Thule OutWay 2 Bike Carrier # TH45JV. This rack is designed to help accommodate spoilers and is the absolute easiest to install and remove. The OutWay will carry 2 bikes and secures to the vehicle with only 2 rubber-coated straps instead of the 4-6 of others. This rack also comes with locks for both the racks and the bikes. I have attached a review video of this rack for you.
The Thule Passage # TH910XT that you referenced will likely contact the spoiler on your Civic due to the location of the pivot point for the rack base. The arms on the base of the Passage are not designed to help accommodate a spoiler on the vehicle.
Since your bike has an angled upper frame bar, I recommend using a bike adapter bar like the Swagman Adapter Bar # 64005. This adapter bar is one of the easiest to use. Using an adapter will make loading the bike easier, and allow the bike to be carried level on the back of the vehicle. I have attached a review video of this adapter bar for you.
