The Thule UpRide Wheel-Mount Bike Carrier # TH599000 will fit well on the Rola Sport Series Roof Rack with GTX Mounting System 59756 that you referenced. The UpRide is confirmed to fit aero-style crossbars like those on the Rola rack.

The Rola crossbars measure 3-1/8 inch wide x 1 inch thick. The Sidearm is confirmed to fit Thule's AeroBlade crossbars, which measure 3-1/8 inches wide x 1-1/8 inches thick, so the Sidearm will fit well on the Rola crossbars of a similar size.
