Question:
How do these install? Inside the coils? My Flex has the towing package, but sags with our camper.

The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFRFLX that you referenced will install to the inside of the coil spring on your 2012 Ford Flex. The installation instructions for the springs are attached. Timbren states in the instructions that a professional installation is required for these jounce springs.
The suspension enhancement system I recommend for your 2012 Ford Flex is the Air Lift AirLift 1000 # AL60821. These airbags do install inside the coil springs of your Flex. With an airbag suspension enhancement system, you will be able to adjust the airbags as needed when you are towing. These airbags are adjustable from 5 psi to 35 psi so you can tailor the ride for your needs.
These airbags will allow you to maintain your ride quality when you are not towing, as long as the airbag's pressure it decreased. The Timbren # TFRFLX system will give your Flex a stiffer ride when not loaded with the trailer's tongue weight. The installation instructions for the # AL60821 airbag kit are also attached for you.
