Choosing Replacement Spring Seats for Trailer Axle

20545I-ST-72-10 Hi I am in need of an axle with the spring perches 55inch apart. Is this something you can manufacture? Or do you sell an axle that I can weld the spring perches on myself? Thanks!

It is possible to have new spring seats welded on by a qualified welder but we do not provide this service. We can get you new spring seats; these are shown on the linked page. Choose seats based on your axle diameter. For example, part # TRSS238 fits 2-3/8-inch diameter axles.

We do not offer any beam axles with a spring seat spacing of 55-inches. The nearest to that dimension is the 58-inch spacing of the axles shown on the linked page, all of which are 2000-2200-lb rated.

If you select an axle with the correct hub face spacing you can then have the old seats removed and new ones installed.
