Troubleshooting Flashing Red Light On Power Circuit of the Tekonsha Trailer Wiring Circuit Tester

WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN THE POWER INDICATOR AT THE TOP HAS ONLY THE RED LIGHT BLINKING AND THE TEST FUNCTION WONT WORK ? OUR TEST BOX JUST RECENTLY STARTED DOING THIS. THANKS

I spoke to my contact at Tekonsha about your issue and he responded by saying that If the #5 led in the top row (power) is blinking the tester is bad. If the #1 led in the top row (power) is blinking the battery in the unit is severely low on voltage and needs to be replaced with a 2023-X battery.
