Electric trailer brakes like the etrailer # AKEBRK-35R that you referenced should be selected based on your axle capacity and brake flange mounting pattern. The brake you referenced fits 4-bolt flanges with a 2-7/8-inch hole spacing and is suitable for use on a 3500-lb axle. These brakes fit hub/drums with a 10-inch diameter x 2-1/4-inch width, such as # AKHD-545-35-K.
For washers and bolts to mount these brakes use kit # BIK-00; you'll need one kit per wheel.
For tang washers for E-Z Lube spindles use part # 5-101.
