Yes, a Demco Highjacker like # DM8550034 is compatible with a OEM Lippert 1116 King Pin Box.

If you have an aftermarket Pin box like the Glide Ride, Mor Ryde, Trailair Tri Glide, and 5th Airborne, you will need a locking plates to use with the Highjacker. Demco does not recommend to use the Highjacker with any device that changes the pivot point of your trailer's king pin, therefor it is not compatible with a Sidewinder or Revolution king pins.
