Do Spring Bars of Weight Distribution System Have to Be Lowered to Adjust Dual Cam Arms

Do they offer a tool capable of tightening the forward nut on the cam lock sway control, with the bar installed??

When adjusting the cam arms nuts of the Dual Cam Sway Control part # RP26002 that you referenced you will have to lower the spring bars per the install instructions for the kit.
The spring bar tension would make turning the nuts too difficult so the bars have to be lowered.
