I have a solution for you, but we do not have any Blue Ox adapter lugs that will work with the 3/4 inch pin holes on the D-rings of your Body Armor bumper. Blue Ox offers adapters that will fit 1 inch or 7/8 inch pin holes, but nothing for 3/4 inches.
For brackets that will be compatible with your Blue Ox tow bar, you can use the Blue Ox Bolt-On Base Plate Bracket Kit # BX88230. These brackets will bolt directly to your aftermarket bumper and allow you to hook up with your Blue Ox tow bar. The #BX88230 will mount to a flat, metal section of the bumper. The bolt-on brackets have a capacity of 5,000 pounds, but you will want to verify the capacity of your bumper before flat towing your Wrangler.
If you do not want to have to bolt the # BX88230 brackets to your bumper, Roadmaster offers their Adapter for Jeep D-Rings to Roadmaster Tow Bars, 3/4 Inch Thick Tab # RM-035 that will work with your bumper's D-rings. However, the # RM-035 adapters are only compatible with the following Roadmaster motorhome mount tow bars: BlackHawk, BlakHawk All-Terrain, BlackHawk 2 All-Terrain # RM-422, Falcon, Falcon 2 # RM-520, Falcon All-Terrain # RM-522, Sterling, and Sterling All-Terrain # RM-576. There is not an adapter available to attached a Blue Ox tow bar to the Roadmaster # RM-035 Jeep D-ring adapter.
