How to Power Supplemental Braking System for Flat Towing a Vehicle Where Battery Gets Disconnected

I have a break body for my 2013 Terrain and I hope everything up but then I have to pull the fuse for my cigarette lighter in the break body has no power how can I get power to the brake light when I pull the fuse for the cigarette lighter thx

For supplemental braking systems that power through a cigarette lighter outlet installed on vehicles where either the battery has to be disconnected or the fuse for the outlet gets pulled the solution is to install an outlet kit like part # RM-9332.
This attaches directly to the battery of the vehicle so that it can provide power for the braking system when your fuse is pulled. We recommend this frequently for GMC Terrains like yours for powering the supplemental braking.
