I can help you decide which 5th wheel is better for your 2010 Ford F-250 with a 6-3/4 bed.

The Demco # DM6076P-UL-21K and the Reese # RP30084 are very comparable in weight capacity and height adjustments. If it were me I would go with the Demco # DM6076P-UL-21K, because of its slightly higher capacity and the quieter ride, due to the additional dampeners. You will want to determine the total loaded weight of your 39 foot trailer and make sure it doesn't exceed the weight of the hitch or vehicle. You will be ultimately limited by your vehicle's capacity. If you wanted to tell me what your total trailer weight is I can help better tailor a recommendation for your setup.

I know this wasn't one of your original options, but I really like the Demco Hijacker's AutoSlide technology because you never have to get in or out of your bed to adjust the hitch from towing to turning, it just automatically takes care of it for you. It is not too much more expensive than the two options you are looking at and in my opinion worth the cost for the worry free no hassle hitch.

The Demco Hijacker AutoSlide 21K # DM8550035 is compatible with industry standard above the bed rails. For a custom installation kit for your 2012 Ford F-250 6-3/4 bed, I recommend the # DM8552002-71. Demco also offers a 18K head # DM8550034 for the above the bed rails # DM8552002-71. There are smaller frame brackets to install the above the bed rails that are compatible with these Demco hitches # DM8552001-71.

If you prefer the custom fit underbed rails # DM8551000 for your Ford, Demco has an 21K # DM8550037 and a 18K # DM8550022 AutoSlide option too.
