Compatibility of Aftermarket Winch-Mount Front Bumper with Demco Base Plates on 1999 Jeep TJ

Question:

I am looking for a replacement bumper from Stock on my 99 Jeep Wrangler Sport. I am currently running a Demco Base Plate for towing, and would like to continue to use that base plate for the time being. Most of the bumpers I have looked at look like they hang to low to be compatible with that towing base plate. Could you point me in the right direction for a replacement bumper, with Winch Mount.

Base plates often use the same or similar mounting points as an aftermarket bumper like the Bestop HighRock 4x4 Front Bumper with Winch Plate # B4490101 so you will want to compare the installation instructions to your Jeep to see if the existing Demco base plates will allow installation. We do not offer Demco base plates for your TJ; but various fits exist for the different types of bumpers offered on the TJ.
