The difference between the two part numbers is the capacity of the spring or the amount of support it can provide. Both the part # TFRSD and the # TFFSD4B (not the part # tfrtt350f) are confirmed to fit your 2003 Ford F-450 Cab and Chassis.
The # TFRSD has a capacity of 12,000 lbs so it would be for heavier duty applications whereas the # TFFSD4B is for 6k loads. You want to go with the one closest to what you would need since going to heavy would cause a harsh ride and too light would be ineffective.
You should note that these do not give you more capacity than you would have. They only allow you to carry your current capacity in a safer manner.
