Recommended Idler Hub With 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern To Replace Hub With 4 on 4 Bolt Pattern

I looked up the Dexter hubs for my axle and they are K08-091-91. I believe your exact replacement would be 8-91-05UC1. If this is the correct, can I use the 8-258-5UC1 to convert my hubs to accept 15inch 5x4.5 wheels?

We do have just what you are looking for.
I recommend the Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles, part # 8-258-5UC1-EZ. This hub assembly has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern and is designed for 13 to 15 inch wheels. The hub comes with bearings, races, seal grease cap and lug nuts included.
Please do double check since some axles rated at 2,000 lbs require a different seal and bearings. Be sure that the bearings in the hub you are replacing have L44649 stamped on them. If the bearings have L44643 stamped on them, use # 8-258BTUC1 trailer hub.
I have attached a link to a product review video you can check out. You may want to check the spindle diameter where the grease seal sits. The # 8-91-05UC1 has a # 10-9 grease seal that is included with the # 8-258-5UC1-EZ has a 34823 grease seal.
