There is not a bedstep made by Bestop for your 2016 Tacoma, I do have some options for you.
Westinl makes a universal step gate with Westin Truck-Pal Fold-Up Bed Ladder # 10-3000. This will bolt onto your tailgate for better access to your bed.
Another option would be the wheel mounted tire step like # HE4040, this step is a non-permanent installation and fits all tire sizes, it also has a non slip step surface that supports up to 400lbs.
