Installation of a Tekonsha P2 On a 2015 Toyota Land Cruiser

I can help you find your brake controller harness on your 2015 Toyota Land Cruiser.
If your 2015 Toyota Land Cruiser has the factory tow package you will need the # 3040-P adapter for the Tekonsha P2 Brake Controller # 90885. According to the directions the harness will be located underneath and left of the steering column, taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal. There will be a 5-pin connector that mates with the one on the adapter.
Alternatively, if your Land Cruiser did not come with the tow package you will need the # ETBC7, to convert your 4 way harness to a 7 way to be able to hook up the P2. According to your owners manual the wire harness is stored in the rear end under the vehicle body.
I have also linked an installation video as well as the installation instructions on the P2 and wiring harness adapter on a similar vehicle to yours to help locate the plug.
