Do Electric A-Frame Trailer Jacks Have an Industry Standard Mounting Pattern

Question:

My trailer has a Level Rite Hi Power 3000 electric jack that needs to be replaced. I dont know if this brand is now Barker? But I want a replacement that is the same size. Are the bolt holes universally sized or not necessarily? I dont want to buy a jack and then find that that holes dont line up and it isnt as easy as I expect it to be. Never fun. Thanks.

Electric A-frame trailer jacks do have an industry standard mounting pattern, the mounting holes should be 3 inches on center. To be sure that your existing jack has industry standard mounting holes, you can measure the holes on your trailer to determine if they are 3 inches on center.

The electric jack that you referenced, the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack with Drop Leg # JET-3755 is a great option for your trailer. This jack offers 18 inches of lift and a 5 inch drop leg. The lift capacity of this jack is 3,500 pounds, slightly more than your existing jack. I confirmed that this jack will mount on 3 inch centers. This jack also features LED lights on either side to help provide visibility when using the jack at night.

I have attached a review video of this jack for you.
