Question:

Do you have the PSI weight rating table for the Provider 235/85R16? Is the tires max cold air pressure 110 psi? What is the weight associated with a cold air pressure of 80 psi that is whats listed on my trailer as the recommended cold air pressure for an axle weight of 7000lbs? Thanks.

For trailer tires you basically just need to inflate them to their max when they are cold so that you get the full capacity as well as the best wear and ride quality. Aside from that you really don't have worry about air pressures at various temperatures. Just inflate them to their max when cold and you will be good to go.

If you go with less tire pressure the capacity will be reduced, but it would be to an unknown amount so I can't tell you exactly what the capacity of the # TTWPRG235R16 would be when at 80 psi.
