height of ball platform how much drop , what is the max. ? my 2000 Aliner rides pretty low and I pull it with a 2006 Town and Country.

The max height and drop on the Reese Light Duty Weight Distribution System # 66557 is 8 inches of rise and 2-3/4 inches of drop. This is determined by measuring from the top inside edge of the receiver to the top of the ball platform.
To determine the correct amount of drop that you will need in a weight distribution shank you will want to measure from the ground to the top of your trailer hitch receiver, which is your hitch height, and from the ground to the bottom of your trailer coupler, which is your coupler height. You simply subtract your coupler height from your hitch height to get the proper amount of drop.
