Difference Between Swagman Truck Bed Racks S64702 and Patrol S64701

Question:

I am looking for a pick up truck bed bike rack. I like the swagman.....but I cant tell the difference between the two models Also I have a Cannondale lefty bike and would need an adapter for the front fork.....do you have those....?

The two Swagman bike racks you mentioned are very similar. For the money I would have to recommend the # S64702 since will basically do all the same things as the other rack at a fraction of the price. As long as you have 9 mm axles this would be the way to go.

The biggest advantage to the part # S64701 is that it can fit 9mm, 15 mm, and thru-axle bikes so it does offer a bit more flexibility.

Since you said you have a lefty bike you would need a different rack than those two. You would need the Thule Bed-Rider 2 part # TH822XTR and the lefty adapter # TH530L.
