It sounds as if you're wanting to use the Blue Ox # BX62-3469 drawbars in your existing Roadmaster base plates, is that correct?
Unfortunately, its not possible to do that safely. The Blue Ox drawbar and the Roadmaster base plate assembly aren't designed to work together. There are adapters that will allow you to use Blue Ox Baseplates with Roadmaster tow bars and vice versa, but nothing that would allow you to use drawbars from one make with base plates from another.
You'd either need to stick with using the Roadmaster drawbars or remove the Roadmaster base plate assembly and install the Blue Ox # BX1660 base plate kit. Since you already have the Roadmaster base plates, sticking with them would be your least expensive option.
My research indicates that certain models of the 2003 Silverado are towable without modification. If your truck has a manual transmission, or is a 4WD model with an automatic transmission, it can be towed without modification. Otherwise, a transmission lube pump is required.
To flat tow your vehicle, you'll also need a tow bar, wiring for the taillights of your Silverado, safety cables and a supplemental braking system.
For a tow bar I'd recommend the Roadmaster Falcon 2, part # RM-520. The Falcon 2 is self centering and aligning, which allows you to hitch up the truck to the RV without the need to be perfectly lined up. You'll also need the # RM-643 safety cables. To wire your vehicle so that it's taillights work in tandem with those of your RV, use the Roadmaster # RM-15267 diode kit. For a supplemental braking system, use the Blue Ox Patriot part # BLU37TR. The Patriot is portable, and is extremely easy to install without needing hours of expensive installation like other systems.
When the tow bar is connected between the RV and the truck, keep in mind that the tow bar needs to be within 3 inches of level, plus or minus. Since the base plate height varies according to the ride height of the vehicle, I can't provide you with the exact height, but if you find the tow bar is more than 3 inches plus or minus of level, you'll also need a high-low adapter that will place it in that range. I'll link you to the high-low adapters we offer.
