Width of Trailer Frame Mounting Brackets of Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray Cargo Carrier
Question:
will it fit scamp 13ft. my tongue is 3inch not 3.5inch how wide are the lower pockets fig. f they might not fit between the tongue cross supports.

For the best results, you'll need to put a block of wood or a piece of 1/2 thick steel bar stock between the clamp bolts and the underside of the trailer frame to fill the gap and ensure that the clamps fit tightly to the trailer frame, which will prevent the tray from wobbling back and forth.
The lower pocket brackets are a total of 4-3/4 inches wide, as you can see in the photo I provided for you.
