Programmer Recommendation for a 2002 Ford Diesel To Help Prevent Downshifting on Hills

Hello, my truck: 2002 ford super duty , 7.3l, auto trans Can tuner stop downshifting on hills for this truck Can tuner adjust shift points for this truck In the past, could not find any tuner that would accomplish the above. thank you
