For a reverse alert for your 2011 CR-V you would have to hardwire one in since the bulb style of your reverse lights is the 7440 and we only have reverse light alerts in the 3156 and 1156 variety.

What I recommend is the surface mount alarm, # BK97DB. At 97 decibels, this alert can definitely be heard at the rear of the vehicle. Installation is simple; the alert can mount to a flat surface at the back of the vehicle. You can even mount it out of sight. Wire the unit into the reverse light circuit behind one of the tail lights and it will turn on when the vehicle is in reverse.
