Bike Rack Recommendation for Electric Bikes with Fenders

Question:

We are buying two electric bikes about 60 lbs each, one with fenders, and currently have a 2inch hitch. Does this rack have an add-on if we wanted to expand the rack to include more electric or non-electric adult size bikes? Also, this looks to be the only brand that can accommodate a 60 lb electric bike with fenders. Is that a correct assumption or are there other manufactures that make a rack that will work with this weight and fenders? Great videos by the way! Thanks!

For what you need the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2-Bike Carrier for Electric Bicycles # HLY84FR will be the correct solution. This rack is designed for electric bikes like what you have and would work well with your bikes that have fenders since the arms of this rack attach to the frame of the bikes and not the wheels.

There isn't an add-on available for this rack though because where it would install there is bracing on this rack for the additional weight of the E-bikes.

To carry additional bikes you would need to look into a roof rack solution. If you email me back with the year/make/model/roof style of your vehicle I can set you up with the parts you would need.
