Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for a 2010 Ford F-150 with Wide Tires

Hello, i was wondering if there are any air spring kits that will fit my truck. its a 2010 f150 xlt supercrew with ford raptor wheels and tires. I have about 7 1/2inch between my tire and the outermost part of the frame. How bad of idea are wheel spacers?

Since you have wider tires that could potentially interfere with an air spring kit (since they install on the outside of the leaf spring your best option for suspension enhancement is going to be one that is a jounce bumper enhancement like the Timbren kit part # TFR1504D. This installs to the inside of the leaf spring and would not interfere at all.

An added benefit is that they do not require you to run any air lines or maintain air pressure at all.
