The B&W Biker Bar # BWMC2301 is designed to fit Harley Davidson Touring model bikes. This tie down will fit bikes with a frame tube diameter between 1-1/8 inch - 1-1/4 inch and that has a frame width between 10 inches - 14-1/2 inches. You can use these measurements to determine if the biker bar will fit your VTX.
When I spoke with contact at B&W, he could not guarantee one of their biker bars would work for your VTX, but he suggested looking at the biker bar designed for the Harley Softail, # BWMC2302. This bar fits frame tube diameters between 1-1/4 inch - 1-3/8 inches with frame widths between 10 inches - 14-1/2 inches.
The B&W Biker Bars are designed to fit most Harley-Davidson motorcycles. I cannot guarantee that it will fit your 2006 Honda VTX.
