The Curt X5 adapter # 16310 provides the equivalent of industry-standard above-bed 5th wheel hitch base rails. Such industry-standard rails work with 5th wheel hitches from Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley, Husky and others. If your Pullrite hitch fits into above-bed base rails then it will work with the Curt X5 adapter.

Note the X5 has a maximum capacity of 20K, so if your hitch is rated higher, when installed in the X5 it's rating will drop to 20K.
