Which Towing MIrror 2007 Ford Explorer V8 Limited

Question:

I am trying to pick the right towing mirror for my explorer. I thought this one would work but I saw it fits 08 explorers but not 07 based on reviews? I read many reviews and QAs and am still not certain if this one will work or not. Can you recommend the correct one?

The K-Source Clip-On Mirror, part # KS3891 is not a vehicle specific item, it's designed to fit many different vehicle models. The clip on mirror fits best on mirrors that are generally rectangular, with a nearly flat or gently contoured back, like the mirrors on your Explorer.

The 2007 and 2008 Ford Explorer are of the same generation, and according to photos I found online, have the same mirrors. If the mirror fit the 2008 model, it should fit the 2007 as well.

The Cipa deluxe door mount mirror, part # 11650 would be another option. The mirror will fit your Explorer as long as the bottom portion of the doors do not have the applied body cladding. This mirror is very highly rated by our customers, and is what I'd recommend.
