Question:
What do you think is the best fit in a towing mirror for a 2011 Honda Element? Thanks. I am looking for good visibility and something that wont fall off.

I can help you find a solution to your towing mirror needs.
I recommend the Cipa # 11650 which is a door mount design that is going to give you an extendable and adjustable mirror position. These mirrors are all sold individually and will attach to either the driver or the passenger side.
At this time none of our manufactures offer a custom towing mirror for the 2011 Honda Element.
I've attached a few videos to give you a better idea of how these mount and look on a vehicle.
