Brake Assembly Recommendation for 2005 Wells Cargo Cycle Wagon Trailer with Dexter 3500 lb Axle  

Question:

Not sure if this is a Dexter 3500# axle. Cant read trailer rating plate. It has 10inch X 2-1/4inch brake shoes. The left brake assembly has this number on it: 023-216-00 Which of your brake assemblies will work on this axle? Thank you.

It really does sound like you have a Dexter 3,500 lb axle. The brake assembly that would work for you is the part # 23-26 for the left hand side and part # 23-27 for the right hand side.
