The Curt flat plate gooseneck trailer hitch can be installed in your truck. In order to mount the Curt gooseneck hitch # C65500 in your 1999 Ford F-350 I recommend a qualified professional installer to perform this installation since your truck has a utility bed. The hitch needs to be bolted to the truck frame using six 5/8 inch grade 5 bolts. And shims should be used to close the gap between the bottom of the hitch and any corrugations in the bed.
