Question:
Truck trailer wiring has a light green labeled backup and a blue labeled electric brakes. Trailer only has the blue. Which one should I use? Thanks.

Expert Reply:
Your trailer wire that is blue would be for the trailer brakes so the truck blue wire that is labeled electric brakes would be the correct one to use.
Not every trailer has the need for a reverse light circuit.
