Ways to Remove Humidity from a Lived in Cargo Van Camper

My wife and I are soon to be moving into a cargo van camper conversion and are worried about internal condensation as we will be sleeping in it every night occasionally in cold weather as well. What roof fans and or internal humidity reducing options would you recommend?

The best ways to remove humidity in a camper is to use a small dehumidifier (I wish we offered one) as well as a roof vent.

A popular option for a small vent that would do well for removing humidity but wouldn't necesarrily compromise security is the Ventline Vanair part # VP-543SP.
