I am looking at the 8K Reese/Bulldog landing jacks for my fifth wheel. Question is, What if one side fails, how do u raise it or lower it

The Reese Landing Gear set part # RP500708 you referenced has an emergency override crank bolt that would allow you to operate the jack in the event it failed. I attached a picture of what it looks like for you to check out.
