How to Fit an Older Model Thule Spare Me Bike Rack on a 1999 Toyota RAV4
Question:
I have the original Thule 963 Spare Me bike rack. I have been using this rack on my 1999 Rav4 for many years. I now own a 2012 Rav4. Will replacing the original mounting plate with the newer version #753-3532 allow me to use the rack on my new vehicle? Thanks in advance,

To install your older model Thule Spare Me part # TH963PRO on your 2012 Toyota RAV4 will require the # 753-3532 which you mentioned. That would be all you would need.
