I am looking for bull bar brackets to fit a 2010 1500 dodge ram. I do not have the tow hooks.

You should note that the hardware kits and the bull bars are both designed to fit specific vehicles. You can 't take a bull bar from a different vehicle and adapt it to yours just by using a different hardware kit.
