Will a Thule Roof Mounted Cargo Box Fit a 2014 Yukon Denali XL with Factory Roof Rack

2014 Yukon Denali XL Will a Thule Atlantis 1800 fit my vehicle? I have factory mounted side rails and cross bars.

Yes, the Thule Atlantis series of cargo boxes will fit onto the factory crossbars on your 2014 GMC Yukon XL Denali. The Atlantis series of boxes have been discontinued though.
If you are in the market for a cargo box then I recommend the Motion XT, # TH629706, or Force XT, # TH6358B. The Hyper has 16 cubic feet of space and the Force XT is 18 which are the closest to the Atlantis 1800 and they fit a 23-5/8 inch minimum bar spread .
