Tire Chain Recommendation for a 2015 Lincoln MKC with 245/45-19

I ed a Lincoln MKC with 245/45r19 tires. The Thule chains recommended say they fit 15-18inch wheels in the description. Are there ones for 19inch rims of the size I need.
